Our mission is to act as a resource for patients in pursuit of their aesthetic goals. We seek to provide safe and effective treatments as well as education and direction for individuals who are trying to navigate the sometimes overwhelming landscape of cosmetic medical options. Advances in aesthetic technologies have opened up a wide array of opportunities for patients to enhance their appearance in increasingly effective yet less invasive ways.
Dr. Krever heads up our team and puts to use the experience and skills of our highly trained staff to optimize your outcomes. We consider each patient a unique individual and customize care plans to fit the specific goals, concerns and lifestyles accordingly. Meet our team.
Our focus is centered around a spectrum of less invasive skin and body procedures, but we also work cooperatively with other providers such as plastic surgeons, vascular surgeons, weight management consultants and dental specialists to help you access the appropriate care for your personal goals.
Dr. Kristine Krever is a board certified family physician who specializes in aesthetic medicine. She earned her premedical undergraduate degree from the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, and completed her medical training at Eastern Virginia Medical School in her hometown of Norfolk, VA. After marrying her college sweetheart, Dr. Krever moved to her home state of New Jersey where she completed a residency in the Virtua Health System, receiving intensive training under specialists in all aspects of medical care including general medicine, surgery, dermatology, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, psychiatry and more. Inspired by her passion for women’s health and natural aptitude for detail-oriented medical procedures, she made the decision to pursue aesthetic medicine as a sub-specialty.
She has a keen interest and focus on the care and correction of common skin issues such as acne, rosacea and premature skin aging. At the Center for Aesthetic Medicine, where the emphasis is on personalized care, she finds it refreshing and gratifying to be able to spend 30 minutes to an hour with patients investigating their concerns and developing a plan of care for a problem that is often too complicated for a 5-10 minute typical office visit.
Dr. Krever prides herself on being friendly, compassionate and committed to serving as a resource for her patients. She understands and promotes the physical and psychological benefits of graceful aging, dealing with stress and its challenges to our outward facade, and bringing out a healthy and radiant appearance at any age.
Dr. Krever has devoted all of her professional energies to becoming an expert in the delivery of aesthetic medical care and procedures. Her skills using facial injectables are exceptional and she serves as the lead educator for the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics, personally developing the association’s basic and advanced injectables curriculums.
